We understand that you may need a stick right away, which is why we work hard to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. Speed and responsiveness remain a top priority for our team. If there are ever any questions or concerns with an order, we contact the customer immediately.

HockeyStickMan proudly ships orders across North America every day. We primarily use UPS and FedEx due to their reliability and flexibility, helping ensure your sticks arrive as quickly and safely as possible.

Hockey sticks are a unique item to ship — while sending a single stick can be expensive, shipping multiple sticks typically costs about the same. Because of this, we offer flat-rate shipping:

• $19.99 Ground Shipping ($21.99 with Signature)
• $29.99 Express Shipping

Rates apply to most areas within the United States and Canada.

Please note:

• The flat rate does not cover the full cost of most shipments.
• Some locations are not serviced by UPS or FedEx, in which case we ship via USPS or Canada Post.

Pro Blackout Sticks

Full 30 Day Warranty Replacement

Pro Blackout, Pro Blackout Extra Lite, and Value Blackout sticks that break within 30 days of purchase (or receipt in the case of shipping) qualify for a full-value replacement.

• Customers must provide proof of the broken stick by submitting images within the online warranty portal. Failure to do so voids eligibility for full replacement.
• Replacement sticks issued through a full warranty claim do not include an additional warranty (standard retail practice).
