Hockey Sock Size Guide
Hockey Socks are something that you want to fit properly, otherwise you will find they either fall down when skating or you will not be able to get them over your shin pads. A proper fit for your hockey sock will allow for the sock to make it over your shin pad but still tight enough to keep everything in place during the game. The sock should cover your shin pad and have a little above the knee also.
To find the proper sock size is easy! Without shoes on measure from the ground to halfway up your thigh. Round up to the nearest inch, and match to the sock size column of the chart below. The chart DOES NOT guarantee fit and is just a guidance.
Note that most pro stock socks do not come with any velcro tabs - most pros prefer to just use tape, or otherwise just wear a garter belt. In most cases, if your base layer has velcro, it can adhere right onto the sock.
