HOCKEYSTICKMAN GUARANTEE - If you have a problem with the repaired portion of your stick HSM will provide a free replacement
DIRECT FROM THE LOCKER ROOM - HSM does not advertise by player, but many of the sticks we sell are recognizable players from the Pro and College levels
GRIP FINISH - Sticks are grip unless otherwise specified in the variant details
HEIGHT - All refurbished sticks are subject to height discrepancies when compared to the retail height of a stick. Unless otherwise listed all sticks will be between the height of 58" and 62". This is plus and minus 2" from a standard retail length stick.

Shipping & Returns

HockeyStickMan is happy to service customers every day with shipping orders all across North America! Gear is shipped using UPS & FedEx because the added reliability & flexibility of working with the two biggest couriers in the world helps us get our customers their order as fast as possible.

We charge a flat rate of $19.99 for Ground ($21.99 with Signature) and $29.99 for Express (within most areas of the United States and Canada). On some smaller items, we offer a $9.99 flat rate.

New, unused products can be returned within 30 days. We do not accept returns on used items.

Warranty

New RETAIL Equipment is accompanied with 90 day coverage from the purchase date (or arrival date in the case of shipping).

Pro Stock, used equipment, and apparel does not come with a warranty, and is final sale.

Coverage extends to manufacturing defect of the item itself, and would be warrantied should HockeyStickMan determine that the item in question is unusable. HockeyStickMan reserves the right to repair the item, or, cover the cost of the repair of the item, should we deem the item repairable.
